The voice of the Community Bank network
We exist to fairly represent the interests of our Community Bank network.
As the conduit linking the network and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank (BEN), our key priority is to ensure the model evolves to meet the demands of the future while continuing to deliver sustainable growth.
We will continue to meet the expectations of our customers who expect digital servicing and support as well as the friendly face-to-face interaction with our branch teams. Our Community Bank National Council exists to ensure strong collaborative relationships across all areas of our business.
As members of Council, a key part of our job will be to offer support and advice as we continue the transition and execute our strategy.
We represent the views of the network to BEN and actively work to facilitate a better understanding of the needs and concerns our community companies face from time to time.
Already we have positive momentum and we’re on track to drive the model towards a bigger and brighter future.
